    Retired Senior V.P. and CFO of Applied Micro Circuits Corporation (AMCC)

    William E. Bendush served as Sr. Vice President and CFO of Applied Micro Circuits Corporation (AMCC), a communications semiconductor company from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Bendush has been a Director of Microsemi Corp. since 2003 and was a Director of Conexant Systems, Inc. from 2008 until its sale in 2011.

  • Steven J. Bilodeau

    Retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Standard Microsystems Corporation

    Steven J. Bilodeau served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Standard Microsystems Corporation (SMSC), a semiconductor manufacturer, from 1999 until October, 2008 and as the Non-Executive Chairman of SMSC until August 2012. Mr. Bilodeau is a director of Gennum Corporation.

  • Andrew M. Caggia

    Retired Senior V.P. and CFO of Standard Microsystems Corporation (SMSC)

    Andrew M. Caggia served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Standard Microsystems Corporation (SMSC), a semiconductor company, from 2000 until his retirement in 2006. Prior to SMSC, Mr. Caggia held senior financial management positions at General Instrument/General Semiconductor and began his career at SCM Corporation. Mr. Caggia also served as a director of SMSC from 2001 until its acquisition by Microchip Technology, Inc. in 2012.

  • Robert L. Ciardella

    Founder and Retired President of Asymtek

    Robert L. Ciardella is founder and served as President of Asymtek (a subsidiary of Nordson Corporation) from 1983 until his retirement in July, 2006. Asymtek designs, develops, manufactures and sells semiconductor and circuit board assembly equipment. Mr. Ciardella was named Lead Independent Director of Cohu, Inc. March, 2010.

  • James A. Donahue

    Executive Chairman of the Board

    James A. Donahue joined Cohu's Delta Design subsidiary in 1978 and has been Executive Chairman of Cohu, Inc. since December 2014. Mr. Donahue was previously Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cohu, Inc. from March 2010 to December 2014, President and Chief Executive Officer from June 2000 to March 2010, President and Chief Operating Officer from October 1999 to June 2000, President of the Cohu Semiconductor Equipment Group from May 1998 to October 1999 and President of Delta Design since 1983.

    Mr. Donahue has a BA degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Boston University.

  • Karl H. Funke

    Retired Senior Executive and Chief Executive Officer of Multitest GmbH

    Karl H. Funke served as a Senior Executive of Multitest GmbH, a global IC test handler company since 1994 and served as Chief Executive Officer from 2001 until his retirement in 2009. Previously he held positions in private equity and venture capital. Mr. Funke is currently a private investor and serves on the boards of two privately held companies.

    Harold Harrigian is a Retired Partner and Director of Corporate Finance, Crowell, Weedon & Co., a provider of financial services. Mr. Harrigian is also a former partner, Arthur Young & Company (predecessor of Ernst & Young LLP).

  • Luis A. Müller

    President and Chief Executive Officer of Cohu, Inc.

    Luis A. Müller joined Cohu’s Delta Design subsidiary in 2005 and has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Cohu, Inc. since December 2014. Mr. Müller was previously President of Cohu’s Semiconductor Equipment Group (SEG) since January 2011, Managing Director of SEG’s Rasco GmbH business unit in Germany from January 2009 to December 2010 and Vice President of SEG’s High Speed Pick-and-Place handler products from July 2008 to December 2010. Prior to joining Cohu, Inc. Mr. Müller spent nine years at Teradyne, where he held management positions in engineering and business development.

    Mr. Müller has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
