COHU Announces Quarterly Dividend of Five Cents per Share

POWAY, CALIF., May 10, 2005 -- Cohu, Inc. (NASDAQ/COHU) reported today that the Cohu Board of Directors, at a meeting on May 10, 2005, declared a quarterly cash dividend of five cents ($0.05) per share payable August 5, 2005 to shareholders of record on June 24, 2005. The Company has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends since 1977.
