POWAY, CALIF., May 11, 2004 -- Cohu, Inc. (NASDAQ/COHU) reported today that the Cohu Board of Directors, at a meeting on May 11, 2004, declared a quarterly cash dividend of five cents ($0.05) per share payable August 6, 2004 to shareholders of record on June 25, 2004. The Company has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends since 1977.
